Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using usestareg.org and the filing-assistance services provided by US ESTA REG, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, please discontinue use of our platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and US ESTA REG ("the Company").
1. Scope of Service
US ESTA REG is an company that offers professional assistance with United States Electronic System for Travel Authorization filings. We are not a government entity and hold no affiliation with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government organization. We charge a service fee that covers our guided filing platform, specialist review, tracking tools, and dedicated support.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years of age to use our platform. If you are submitting a filing on behalf of a minor, you warrant that you are the minor's legal guardian and possess the authority to provide their personal data. You agree to supply only truthful, accurate, and complete information throughout the filing process.
3. Responsibility for Data Accuracy
You bear sole responsibility for the correctness and completeness of every piece of information entered into our filing form. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent data is strictly prohibited and may carry legal consequences. While our specialist review aims to catch errors, ultimate accountability for data accuracy rests with you.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
Our service fees are displayed clearly during the filing process before any payment is collected. By completing payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. Fees cover the assistance service irrespective of the filing outcome. We do not guarantee authorization approval.
5. No Outcome Guarantee
US ESTA REG cannot guarantee that any travel-authorization filing will be approved. Approval decisions rest exclusively with the relevant U.S. Government authorities based on their evaluation criteria. Our role is to assist with the filing process — a negative determination does not constitute a service failure on our part.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on usestareg.org, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of US ESTA REG and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, US ESTA REG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total service fees you paid for the specific filing in question.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including — but not limited to — cases of suspected fraud, platform abuse, or violation of these terms. Termination does not release you from obligations incurred during prior use of our services.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our ESTA application service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
