US ESTA REG levies a service fee for professional travel-authorization filing assistance. This document outlines the circumstances under which full or partial refunds may be issued. Please familiarize yourself with these terms before completing your submission.

Nature of the Service Fee

Our fee covers the guided filing platform, specialist accuracy review, encrypted data handling, live status tracking, and round-the-clock support. These services commence the moment you submit your filing, which directly affects refund eligibility.

Refund-Eligible Scenarios

A full or partial return of the service fee may be considered when: • A duplicate charge or technical billing error has occurred • The filing has not yet entered the active review queue (cooling-off window) • A demonstrable technical failure on our end prevented filing completion • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service All refund requests must reach our team within 14 calendar days of the original payment date.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not available when: • The filing has been forwarded for review and processing has begun • Authorization was denied by US authorities (a decision beyond our control) • Travel plans changed after the filing was submitted • Incorrect data was provided by the applicant during the filing • The refund request arrives after the 14-day eligibility window

How to Request a Refund

Email our support desk at [email protected] with: • Your full name and the email address used during filing • Your filing reference ID • A concise explanation of the refund reason • The date of the original payment Our team evaluates every request within 5–7 business days and replies with a determination.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing cycle. We have no control over the time your bank takes to post the credit once it leaves our system.

Charge Disputes

If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution through our support channel, you retain the right to dispute the charge with your card issuer. We encourage direct communication first, as we are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
